We should probably organize community service proposals so we can easily assess what needs to happen to get these going. I suggest the following rudimentary template.
Scope: Local? National? International? Goal: Does it raise funds? Awareness of the Starfleet Initiative? Humanitarian issues support? Educational outreach? Aid or relief? etc. Group: Does this target a specific group such as an age group, minority group, geographical group or none specifically? Description: A description of the project or activity as detailed as you can so we know what you're thinking of. Leadership: Are you, the suggester willing to take responsibility for the project or are you suggesting this for someone else to take over? Needs: Do you have an understanding of what is necessary or what needs to happen in order to organize such an activity? Like funds, permission, skills, volunteers? It is perfectly ok if you don't know. It's hard to tell until you start seriously planning or if you're not sure what you're doing. Anything else: Anything else that you can think of that pertains to the project.
